I was refused for Jan 2016 as finance was provided by my brother who lives in Canada. Now I am applying again for Sep 2016 one year graduate diploma at Seneca college. Please advise which will be better mode of financing:
1. Bank loan in my name or my father's name by pledging property.
2. sponsorship from maternal uncle who lives in USA (will provide bank statements and affidavit of support)
I also got Visa refusal for Jan 16 intake now m going to plan for Sep 16 intake. My rejection reason was financial assets and SOP.
Actually my bank statement at that time was 15 days old now its about 7 months is it good to apply now for sep intake after making strong SOP ?
