One if my (two )employers does not provide a letter for immigration purpose on letter mentioning my roles and responsibilities. I do have an email from hr confirming that along with my payslips,offer letter and reliving letter. What other things can i add to make my case strong

Get your roles and responsibilities signed by a colleague and get it notarized, attach colleague's office ID scan. Add these to the other things that you already have. These would suffice.
