4) Last Held Designation

It does not contain my last remuneration at the company. Is that okay?
If it is absolutely necessary, how do I show my last remuneration? Would payslips be fine??

If your work experience letter does not include all the required info asked for by IRCC, then you can show a JD letter which includes the remaining info. This JD letter can be issued by one of your colleagues / seniors, if your employer does not provide you with the same.
