Proof of employment

Hi everyone,
1- If i apply for only one parent (mother)visitor visa and father stays back, will it show my mother’s strong ties back home?
2- i am applying for my mother’s visitor visa and my brother is also lives here with family, can we both write a letter of invitation?
3-for proof of employment, Letter of employment is enough or do we need to show the proof of funds/ income?
i can show my husband’s income as currently i am not working?
