I remember reading somewhere along my research that you needed to present a reference letter from the HR department and another one from you immediate boss. Now, In the requirements, I't just says it has to be signed by your immediate boss.
Does anyone now what is actually right??? Maybe the same letter can be signed by both?
My letter was signed by my immediate boss, who was an officer (Vice President) with the company. There was only one letter that included everything CIC wanted. You do not have to submit 2 letters.
