I am going to apply for study permit in Canada and I have a question.
I work in a company (which is a private local company in my country) and I get a salary each month. My company will keep paying me the salary during my study period in Canada. So How do I prove this? what kind of document or letter do I need to get from my company?
Thanks for your answer. I signed a contract with my company states that I have to back to them after graduation and work at their company for 7 years at least in return for their support to my study in Canada.
So what do you think? what should I state or claim in the contract?

I think this may be a strong point for your application. You can mention this as a paid study leave and get a signed and stamped letter on company letterpad from the Head of HR mentioning that you are going for 2 years study leave which shall be paid because company has signed a contract of 7 years to work after completion of your education. You must attach that contract otherwise no use. Also this will serve as a strong tie to come back and give you financial benefit as well. You just need to tackle this smartly.

Is it really a study leave though? Study leave will definitely help you to get accepted but the fact that you will be working remotely might negatively effect your application depending on how many hours you will be working. Also will have tax implications depending on if you are being paid or whether your tuition is being paid directly..

For a study leave most employees are paid but do not work. You will be working while studying so it is not a typical study leave. There are limitations on much you may work as an international student. If it is remotely the amount may change. Given that you are working while in Canada that may require you to pay some taxes on that income. Often companies pay the tuition directly so it doesn't count as income for the applicant. You will have to make sure your contract is written in a way that meets all these rules.
