Hello,

I applied for a Work Visa under IEC and I just receive a message saying I need to "complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination".
I am from Spain and, when I submited my application, I already uploaded an eMedical information sheet (UMI) in the section of "Proof of Medical exam", which is what my doctor told me I had to upload, so I don't know what is exactly what they need now.

They also say that if I am unable to provide the information requested, I must advise them in writing detailing the reasons for which I can't provide the document requested. I must upload this written explanation electronically through the MyCIC portal in lieu of the document requested, and I don't have an idea of how to do that if that is what I have to do.

I do hope someone can help me with this.
