Proof of Cohabitation Question

Me and my boyfriend have been living together for one year now & are considered common-law. I want to start working on my PR application and we need to have proof of Cohabitation. I've read here that one of the things that we could use would be my visitor record, but all my visitor records have been going to my boyfriends parents house because we don't send mail to our place because we live in an apartment & our mail/packages have gotten lost before. We both receive our important mail from that address but have nothing sent to where we live. Can I just state that nothing gets sent to our address because of these reasonings? We are getting a notarized letter from our Landlord stating that we have been living here at our address together during the past year, but other than that we don't have much that contains the address that we currently live at. Could this be a problem?

I don't think IRCC will approve your application if your cohabitation evidence is limited to a joint lease / letter from your landlord. Do you really have nothing else that dates back at least a year and shows a joint address?

You really need stronger proof. You should have changed your address for most of your bank accounts and bills. And as long as you switch them to online billing and online statements, most of the acutually communication will be to your email addresses. Very few companies only have snail mail bills available now.
How about your car insurance and driver's license and your health card addresses? And your boyfriend's tax return address? They should be your actual address not your boyfriend's parents' house.
