I work from 1st september 2016 till present. I am about to submit my PR app under CEC category. As far as i know, i have to submit my T4s and payslip as well as reference letter. Since i only have T4 for year of 2016. How can i obtain the T4 for 2017 ?

They do not ask for your T4. Employment letter + Pay stubs should be sufficient.
