I'm having my neighbor to write affidavit to proof my partner and my cohabitation. With the affidavit, the neighbor has provided an address proof. On that phone bill, her name and address are in English but the content isn't. Should I still go about having each non English word on that bill translated to English in a formal way (affidavit by a translator)? Or, is it fine for the neighbor to write translated English labels on the bill and declare that translation to be true in the affidavit?
