Hi, i want to change my program from project management to analytics in george brown college

Both programs are of same credentials (level) but the program i want to change to does not have co-op compared to my initial program so the duration is 8 months and not 12 months.

Should i raise webform before landing in canada?

or should i change after landing and inform IRCC?

NOTE: My classes start 6 september, i land 30 august, Can i switch my program in same DLI before the first day of classes (6 sept). ??
