If you're using English as your first language you do not meet the language requirements for the FSW program.
Is your foreign work experience continuous?
Are you choosing NOC 5125 as your primary NOC?

My first language is French
yes it is from Juin 2010 - August2011
5125 yes as a primary
I can not understand why I am getting not eligilble
I dont have no relative no husband no children so I think except the points for my studies and a valid job offer. The other points do not apply on me
You have to calculate your score using the link I provided, if you score less than 67 points then you're not eligible under the FSW program.
Unless you have LMIA you DO NOT have a valid job offer.

Can yo help me to calculate it please ??/
Can yo help me to calculate it please ??/
I simply don't have the free time to make calculations for other applicants but i'll say this:
1 - If you do not meet the required 67 you can either improve your TEF results or wait until you meet the requirements of the CEC program.
2 - If you choose Montreal or any city in Quebec as your intended destination then your eAPR will get cancelled.
3 - If you apply for PR while living in Montreal you'll receive a letter of intent in which you must explain your intention to reside outside the province of Quebec, if your argument/proof does not convince the officer then you'll get rejection.
Thanks I just asked, I do understand you do not have time. For Montreal and Quebec I dont want deal with so it is excluded from my calculation, here is what my profile is showing
Federal Skilled Worker Not Met
Provincial Nominee Program Not Met
Canadian Experience Class Not Met
Federal Skilled Trades Not Met
All the other points are blank, those four are the only one mentioned as not met
That's why it is important for you to take your time and calculate your eligibility.
