I've tried thrice to submit my profile under express entry and three times I received "Profile Ineligible".
I am not sure why? I think I'm meeting the required score i.e 67.
First I thought maybe I might have filled something wrong, that's why I tried again and again. Below are my details required for EE:-
1) Education:- WES equivalent to Canadian 4 years (Bachelors)
2) IELTS:- CLB - 7 ( Listening 7.5, Reading 7, Writing 6, Speaking 6= Average 6.5)
3) Work Experience:- 5+ years ( Primary NOC - 2234 Construction Estimator)
4) Marital Status:- Single
5) Age:- 30 years
6) Fund:- $15,000
Please help me out. I don't know what I am doing wrong.
I'm so depressed as I have to apply for visa urgently?
Do I meet the necessary score in order to be in the express entry pool?
If you need any other details to answer my question, please let me know.

My Grand Father's (my mother's father) Bother's daughter (means my mother and her are siblings by low) is in Canada, Citizen of Canada. Can I consider herself as relative for the Adaptability criteria?
That doesn't make her your aunt...
If she was your aunt, she'd simply be your grandfather's other daughter (Your mom's sister).
But based on what you say, she's the daughter of your grandfather's brother (her uncle), which makes her your mom's cousin.
I highly doubt you can use that for adaptability points.
For her to be your aunt, she has to be the sister of your father or mother, which is not the case.

She could be both. It's not uncommon in some countries.
His mom and this relative need to share at least one same parent. I'm not sure that they do, but if so then only can he claim points.

Well if they share one same parent, then they're step/half sister. No problem there indeed, as she would indeed be an aunt to the applicant. But that would mean that the grandfather and his brother had the same wife... I'm not sure if that's case, but I think not. (Not judging really, just making an assumption, I could be wrong)
Here, the mother and the said relative are cousins, not half/step sisters...
I hope I'm not mixing things up
So,@Thuwarakan , the questions boils down to "Does your mom and the said relative have the same mother?"
I'd personally suggest scoring better on the IELTS...
Showing proof of relationship is sometimes a real pain, as it involves other people providing you with their documentation, and subject to review by visa officers. If they're not satisfied that you meet the conditions of points claims for relatives, your application will be rejected as you're right on the fence when it comes to eligibility points...
Based on your current scores, all you need is half a band more in 2 sections (either listening, writing or speaking), and you'll get 67 points.
I'd say give it another shot. Many applicants do the same, as it's one of the straightest way of increasing one's points...
Another option is to wait till you complete 6 years of work experience so that you score 15 points instead of the current 13. Two more points here.
Just between IELTS and work experience, you're missing out on 4 attainable eligibility points. I really think it's better than adventuring with showing proof of relationship with someone else (unless they're clearly your relative, but here there is a doubt). Only do that as absolute last resort, but you're really not at that stage yet!
