I am trying to apply for express entry under Canadian experience class. I have filled the application and after transmitting within 5 min it shows that my profile is ineligible. I am not sure why it is showing like this. Have you guys faced such situation? Can you please let me know what should be the next step?

Hi Tripti, i will suggest that you call IRCC customer center, to find out what the situation was, may be there is something you didn't do right. If you say your score is 507, there is something wrong with the process, you did not provide us with more information to be able to advice you, since we do not know how you filled your application. So please call IRCC and best of luck.
This happened to me initially - there is some reason you have missed why your profile doesn't fit the eligibility criteria. For me it was that the NOC of my 3 years experience didn't match the NOC I put as my current NOC/NOC I was using in my application.
I would suggest you go back through all the eligibility criteria very carefully as you have missed something, it is an automatic thing

I called IRCC customer center and they asked me to contact to their technician with all the info I have filled in the application and ask him if anything is wrong from my side. I'll do that once I receive email from them containing information.

I have written the NOC code which was written in my offer letter. I have 1 year of Canada exp. Did you change your NOC code after you faced this issue?
Ok so you have the job offer for one year past receiving PR. You language tests meet the requirement? Your NOC is skilled. Again guessing since don’t know your profile (age, education, language work experience etc.)
