Today my EE profile expired. I am in Canada and have a non EE application in progress. Meanwhile I also qualify for CEC with a reasonable score and was hoping to get an ITA in the next draw.
But i am unable to create a new profile, i do not get the option of Express Entry when I hit "Apply to come to Canada"
I thought I could apply for CEC even if I had an on going Non EE PNP application in progress. I was able to create EE profile last year and my non EE PNP application was still in progress (yes its been over a year now since the Non EE application!!)
Anyone else with similar situation or encountered the same issue.
