Processing times: Permanent Residence — Economic classes

The processing times for the Canadian Experience Class for 80 percent of all cases between October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013 is 13 months now.

So it is for all those whose application reached Sydney before September 30, 2013. Most of applications in this time frame are still in progress.

No, those times reflect application that were finalized before Sept-30th. With the new cap of 12,000 applicants and NOCs not being
eligible anymore processing times will improve for sure!

We shouldn't make it sound worse. It's not bad for skill level B applicants in general. But bad, for those
NOCs which got excluded. The 12,000 cap is more than what CIC processed in 2012, so that's good, and the 200 cap per NOC
is a pretty high number, too.

Guess, we'll have to see what the rest of the year brings and what NOCs get filled up more quickly than others.
