Processing times for sponsorship of new born child India

Hello,

Can anyone help me inform as to what is the normal processing time for sponsoring a dependent child from India under Family Class, My situation is as under:

I and wife are both PR, I am in Canada and wife will be coming with child once their visas are approved. We have more than enough time for PR renewal and that isnt a problem.

I checked CIC website which says 13 months for India.

I understand there are not b/c checks, so should it be taking lesser time?

Awaiting some of the experienced guys to throw some light please.

Not so sure about child dependent getting special treatment due to having no background check required. They may get a faster timeline due to the need to unite child with family but 100% not sure. I think they will get the same treatment as any other PR family sponsorship as everyone else.
