I am newly landed permanent resident. On the website the PR card processing time has extended to 71 Calendar days which I won't be able to receive in mail in time since I am heading back to China on Feb 1, 2016. I understand there're varies factors determining the processing time and it varies on different VACs. but I'd like to get a general idea how long the process would take? Anyone has previous experience of applying for the PRTD and what's your processing time?
