Here is an article in which the Conservatives claim the waiting time is "only a few months more" than when they took over from the Liberals. Back then the time was 15 months; it is now 23 months. That's 8 months minister Kenney! This government seems to have no intention of doing anything to cut the processing time. They don't even seem to really want to admit there is a problem!
