Processing time exceeded

Hi again! My 12 weeks procesing time has been exceeded yesterday(July 7, 2019). I applied a work permit for temporary residence under the in home caregiver program outside Canada. I am here in Hong Kong and I applied thru online application. I submitted my application last April 14, 2019. I sent a follow up email to their web form and I got no feedback yet. What to do? Your help is highly appreciated. Thanks.
