I applied for a study permit (online) for my PhD studies; after 4 weeks (normal processing time is 2 weeks in my country) CIC requested a Late Letter of Admission stating that I can still enroll to the University (because the program started on September 1st). I received and uploaded this Letter to my CIC account; however, in the letter is stated that I will be able to enroll as long as I get my Study Permit before September 19th.
Does anyone know how long will it take to re-process my application and be granted the POE letter? I am getting seriously nervous about it. Anyone with a similar experience?
