Processing time after sending passport to CIC after PPR - CEC Inland

I'm a CEC Inland applicant and received PPR last week.
I've just sent my passport to CIC Ottawa office for stamping of PR Visa.
Can anyone share the timelines for stamping of PR visa after submission of passport.

In my case, it took exactly a week for them to stamp my PR visa after they received my passport. My return tracking number was activated 3 days after that.

Passport Received at Ottawa - 7th Jan. 19 (Delayed due to weekend, generally it takes a day or two maximum)
Account went 'APPROVED' - 11th Jan. 19
Passport Dispatched from Ottawa - 14th Jan. 19
Passport Received - 15th Jan. 19

I have never recieved any email from them to say my account has been updated, only the “ready for visa email” to request my photos and photos copy of passport etc.

You need to book an appointment at your nearest IRCC office for validation of your
COPR.

I’m a CEC inland applicant (me and my spouse applied together) and got passport request today. Can I know what documents should I submit and what is the procedure?
Should I submit my work permit also?

One more question.. I live in Toronto but for a occasion I came to montreal for few days. Can I send my passports from Montreal or should I send it from Toronto?
Will this make any difference?

All the information about the documents you are required to submit will be detailed on the email. Follow its instruction carefully.
The email should tell you where they want to you send the documents.
If you don't have this information, beware of scams which asks for personal information, bank account information etc.
