Is the total processing time related to how fast I fill my profile.
If I fill it by end of September does it mean that I decrease my processing time by 2 months, and might get the PR earlier?

Hi, the speed of submission has no effect on the processing time. IRCC will try and process it in six months; however, this is a very idealistic timeline because of COIVD and the high number of applications they have been receiving. Rather than hurrying through the process, be very particular about your documentation.
General steps for applications are R10 check, Medical Exam, Eligibility, Background and Security check. Eligibility is the most important hurdle in all of this.
