I came to know that we need to enter every entry and exit for citizenship application. Unfortunately, i didn't maintain my travel history. is there anyone on the same path?

ATIP request you can get your entries into Canada.
FOIA request you can get the entries to USA .
you'd then need to match them up. I needed to do this for a couple of years.
If you have a foreign passport you can also obtain records online via the I94.
