anyone can help me.. i am getting married 3 months from now to a Canadian citizen here in the Philippines, we planned is to process my visit visa now,so after wedding I can go back with him to Canada..But, my question is after a visit to Canada in a couple months and when I get back here in the Philippines, can I start to process my spousal visa? would it be right? is there any conflict regarding to my previous visa that i processed?
My cousin got married to a canadian citizen a year ago and i know that they had to prove that it wasnt a fake relationship, and they had to send photographs and a bunch of things showing how long theyve known each other for.... for them it was easy because they had been dating for 5 years and she had already been to canada once. they applied for her visa after they got married and sent all of the paperwork and it took about 6 months for her to get her visa. I hope this little story helped!!
process time varies from 15-20 working days but if uapplying for the visit visa before you marriage stating that you want to visit ur spouse then include all the proof of relationship about when is ur marriage and explain the cercumstance clear in the cover letter. then once you back then apply for the spouse visa. also explain the same in cover letter
