Process for Lost Visitor Visa outside Canada

Hi Everyone,
Wanted to check the process for visitor visa outside Canada.
I lost my passport with a valid Canadian visitor visa in India. I have applied and got the new passport now. What is the process to get the visa stamped again? Do I need to re-apply as a new visa or is there a way to get the duplicate visa stamped?
If re-apply, then it should follow the same process via portal? Do I need to inform IRCC separately about the lost visa?

Can you share what was the procedure of get visa restamped on new passport in India.
My dad also lost their passport with TRV on it.
