Hello,

I have been contacted by a consultant for a work permit for that he has asked me to apply for an insurance, is it compolusory to take a insurance to apply for an work permit, is IELTS is mandatory to apply work permit?
 
Both are not requirements. Check the documents that need to be attached with your application from the CIC website responsible fr your region.
