Procedural fairness letter

Hello everyone ,
I received a procedural fairness letter with two concerns
1. asking me to provide additional documents to support my declared work experience
2. Provide additional documents for proof of funds according to ircc guidelines including a recently issued bank statement , certificate of non banking debt and an explanation to the cash deposits shown on the proof of funds

I have submitted all necessary documents every existed to support my work experience ( initially I only submitted reference letter and pay stubs )
Now I added many more official docs

I also submitted a recently issued bank statement and the certificate of non banking debt from my bank including explanation for cash deposits and supporting docs

However, even after doing all of this I am still very worried , and asking why this didn’t come as an additional document request but a pfl
A pfl is very frightening as I have read

Procedural fairness is essentially an intent to deny your application unless you can provide evidence to overcome IRCC's concerns.

I did address their concerns with supporting docs and explanation. I really don’t know what their decision will be . It scares me . They sent pfl march 13/25 I responded 21/03/25 three days to the deadline .
they acknowledged receipt of docs I sent
Eligibility remains in progress and background shows completed on tracker .

Did you provide an updated reference letter with contact information so IRCC can contact employer? Did the letter include all the required information? IRCC is asking about experience so may want to see that your job matches the NOC too.

I didn’t sent documents when I initially started the job . (I thought reference letter and physics were enough proof for work experience)

Okay but did you include a job letter that includes your pay, job responsibilities, time worked, signed by HR etc. What is the NOC?

I used all the guidelines in their website about what a reference letter should include

The letter had everything you’ve mentioned
And I am currently in the same job
So time worked is still ongoing which made it easy for me to give them many more documents

So wait for response. Nothing you can do. Most people hire Canadian immigration lawyers to respond to PFLs because it is a ban.

I consulted with Kubeir Kamal
He just enlightened me on how to go about the response and the additional documents to add
That’s all , I took the risk my self to respond based on the ideas he gave me.

Hopefully it doesn’t become a ban
All I have is proof if they keep asking

Did your employment letter include detailed job duties?

Yes it did
Everything I do was included
