Procedural fairness letter

Hello all,

I had applied for PR (ITA) in June 2019 and my case progress seems to be lagging. In Nov 2019, I also received a procedural fairness letter for a missed biometric appointment. However, biometric requirement has since been complied with and completed. In addition to this, eligibility requirement is still under review and also background checks are still under process. Do you think the case is stuck somewhere or is it worthwhile to order for GCMS notes?

You can certainly request notes.
