Is there anyone who got procedural fairness as he/she forgot to mention the previous refusal? What can we do in such a case? Anyone who got PPR after providing the clarification document? I strongly need help and support. Thank you.

You need to respond to the letter honestly, confirm that you failed to list past refusals, provide the full details of those past refusals and apologize for making the error.
Yes, it's possible you may be approved. It's also possible you could be refused - or refused and given a 5 year ban. All of these things are possible.

Chances of approval are always slim, again, it all depends on why the information was withheld. I've seen IRCC ban applicants even if they explained that the agent didn't mention refusal. The onus is always on the "Applicant".
I strongly recommend you withdraw your visa and forget about all the time you have given and the money you have spent. If you withdraw your visa you can reapply for the other intake but if you wait and watch they will hit you so hard that you will not be able to apply to Canada for 5 years. If you raise a web form also you will get into the same trouble as I am going through now. But it is still your choice what you want to do. And to get a visa after webform or after not letting them know is the greatest luck you need.

Can you please help me if there was the same case before and they got a visa or can you help me how can I explain my mistake so that they might get convinced
