Problems with the border??

Hello,

Me and my wife are planning on sending my application soon. Has anyone had any problems going over the border every single day? I was planning on working in the US and coming back to Canada everyday because I have nexus. We are making an outland application if that helps.

Yes - people have run into issues doing this. Technically this is behaving as if you live in Canada which you're not allowed to do as a visitor. CBSA officers often view this behaviour as an abuse of visitor privileges. Since you have a Nexus card, it's possible you may get away with it or may get away with in for longer before you're told to stop. Make sure you have a 'plan B' ready in the event you're ever refused entry into Canada or told you can't be doing this any more. Whatever you do, don't argue with CBSA if you're being refused entry - just accept it. We have on a few occasions seen Americans slapped with exclusion orders which prevent them from re-entering Canada for a full year.
