problems with CRA account.... claim CCB benefit

Hi I have a question: I came to Canada as PR in March 2021, and I don't have a job. I was unable to file tax for FY is 2020, as I wasn't here. How will I, then, claim CCB?

I also registered for CRA account through "https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-ag...services-individuals/account-individuals.html" through option 2, that is the "Using a CRA user ID and password"... when I login, it asks for my SIN, but then the page says that it cannot process...

Should I create another account using "Using one of our Sign-In Partners".

Please help...

You and your spouse will need to prove your international income for the past 2 years to determine the level of CCB you or your spouse is entitled to.

The system will not let you set up a My Account if you have not filed a return for the last two years regardless of how you try to register . You have an Inactive Master File . The system only has very basic rudimentary information on you .
You need to put a request in writing to your assigned Tax Centre in regards to the CCB
Your first tax return must be completed on paper and mailed to a Tax Centre

As said, mail/paper. Once you have filed your taxes, then you apply for CCB.

Did you read the link? You need to fill out the forms plus additional forms on International income.
