Hi, I have some problems with the online application for the renewal of the PRC. I entered all the information into the form, loaded up my pictures, and submitted the application. I got no email that I had submitted the application and no information that it worked well. I tried to check the status of the application, but the computer system could not find my application. I tried to call Immigration Canada; they want an application number, which I cannot find on the webpage. What should I do now ?
