Problem with name when transfered fund to GIC account of scotia bank

I transferred fund to my scotia bank account on July 3 2017, but after 2 days when i checked the swift copy,the name mentioned in field 59 had some mistake that is my sur name was written as first name and first name as sur name.Will it get rejecte?If rejected how many days will it take to get the money back in my account.
