Problem to get reference letter from all employers for last 3 years in Canada?

Did anyone have problem in getting the reference letters that he or she worked in all companies in Canada?

I am starting to collect them as I had 7-8 employers..and I don't know if some HR ll refuse or delay to give me letter.

I'm certain there are people who had problems getting reference letters. But that's not going
to help you, all you need to do is: GET BUSY! start gathering letters and see how far you get.

Wooooooa, wait a second! Don't skip jobs!
Make sure you provide CIC with ALL information they're asking for and don't leave stuff out.
Do your best to get all the letters, and in case you can't get one, provide CIC with a letter
explaining that you tried, how you tried, and why you didn't get the letter.
And maybe attach a letter of a former supervisor from that company?

They use the reference letters to confirm you have the required 12 months' experience. It may be a newb question, but is it sufficient to provide only as many reference letters as needed to meet that 12-month requirement?

I agree, as per document checklist:

Work Experience in Canada

For the principal applicant:
- up-to-date letters of reference from your past and current employers for the past 3 years.
