PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD (Cardholder number,expıry date,securıty code).Tıll there ıts everythıng ok.Later İıs says:ADDRESS:

State/PROVINCE:
ZIP/Postal code:
Country:
In thıs sectıon what do ı have to fıll?ı lıve ın İstanbul

buy ın the alternatıves ıt doesnt say somethıng else only wrotes canadıan provınces.ı must wrıte canadıan?what about the address?

Good question. Email CIC maybe you can't pay from overseas online or....try changing the country first maybe the other options change after that
