Problem in uploading IMMM5710

Hi and good day. I am applying online for a new work permit as live in caregver with new employee but i am having some problem uploading my saved pdf file of immm5710 to their website. All other files needed were uploaded easily it ia just this form i am having a problem. It was already validated and bar codes already appeared and still the error it says is there are invalid entries. Can anyone help me please? I have been teying to upload and try a new application and upload again since two weeks ago. Thank u very much

Check all the entries, including dates.
If you have the file saved in the past and uploading it on later date, it will show you as invalid entries.
open your PDF file, click on validate and it will show you which entries you need to correct.
Once you have corrected the entries, click on validate and than save and upload it again.
