hi i called someone in Toronto Pearson airport few days back and asked them to connect to ircc but they said that they cannot.. (someone in this forum suggested this method)
i also called the number given to call ircc from outside canada but there was automatic response and said that ircc agents are not available to give info regarding visa on call...
but i read so many ppl getting info from agents on call... how is it happening plz help
