2 ways.
1. Fly to Canada using your PR card. Hope you are not reported upon entry by CBSA at airport
2. Cross into Canada by land. Hope you are not reported upon entry by CBSA at land border.
Either way, you may be reported which will start process to revoke your PR status.
If you make it into Canada without being reported, you must stay for long enough time (2 years in past 5) to come back into compliance with RO. During this time you can't leave, and can't sponsor any family members.
Hi Varun_Y
I am in similar situation as yours. Can you share your experience of entering Canada with RO not met ? I am short by 30 days so just curious to know your experience.
