private sponsors process time for refugees in south africa

Hello everyone ,me and my family live in south africa as refugees but we have a private sponsors who will help us emigrating 2 canada , we had been approved and did medical check up in june 2013 but one of my sister did not do the medical check up because she got married in mozambique and she is no longer interested to immigrate to canada ! And we did receive the email from pretoria visa office asking us more explanation about that which we did explain the whole story via email but we never heard from them again ! Is that going 2 be a problem for processing our PR visa 2 canada ? Thank u and hope 2 hear from u all .

Can u plz share some ideas ,opinions on this topic or if u had similar situation I would love 2 hear how was solved ! I'm really stress about this not only me my family as well . Thank u all ....
