I have been seeing people on youtube talking about the prime minister of canada mandate letter for immigration in regards with implementation of a visitor visa to be made available for spouse of Canadian spousal sponsorship applications to be given to the spouse abroad to come and live in canada until the sponsorship is decided .
Any one on here have any information about it?
