Primary occupation NOC

Hi everyone!

My first post here, thanks in advance for your help.
I am applying to PR trough Express Entry and I have the following questions:

1. I have 6 years of experience in Construction Management (NOC 0711) from my home country, and I have been working in Canada for 7 months as a Mechanical Engineer (NOC 2132) after I got a Masters degree in Canada. Which NOC should I use as my primary occupation?

2. I have been working in Canada on a PGWP for 7 months. Do I need to say I do have a job offer in the "Intended work in Canada" section?
