primary occupation Déclaration question? please help post ITA (experts plz !!)

I have experiece under NOC's

2281 - 8.3 months (and continuing )
2282- 8. 4 months

what would be my Primary occupation NOC ? please help confused

i got my ITA under CEC and i am planning to submit my application tomo or Wednesday
(initially i have declared under 2281 because initially i had 14.3 months of experience (3 different companies) but now, i have removed 6 months from my profile after getting iTa. since i cannot get the reference letter )

should i change primary occupation to 2282 ? Since it has 8.4 months

Sorry to tell you that, but you need at least 1 year full time in a NOC to be eligible.
You can't keep going with the NOC 2281/2282 as in any of them you got 12 months.

12 months for what ? I already got my ITa UNDER CEC buddy

Well as you can understand I can't know that you got it under CEC if you don't say it. For Express Entry 12 months working experience in a 0, A or B NOC is minimum requirement to apply. I am not aware of the CEC rules.

Altering your information post ITA can lead to problems. If you cannot obtain a reference letter it is better to write a letter of explanation and give any evidence of your attempts including emails between you and the company or proof that the company no longer exists etc than to remove some thing that may have affected your points (not sure if it did or not). Based on the info you have provided either could be used as your primary NOC

Besides Reference Letter you can't get any other proof? At least to attach with a LOE? For example contract, pay slips... from that job?

it has affected my points initially 472 and now CRS of 459 however that is above the lowest score of issued ITA which is 453
