Primary (Inland) applicant got Copr and outland (dependent) waiting on copr for more than 2 months

Hi All,
I am an Express Entry CEC applicant who added her spouse (who lives in India) to her file in April 2022. On Nov 2022, I got a passport request letter for my dependent and my spouse submitted his passport to the embassy. His passport is showing in process in the NEW Delhi embassy, however, I (Inland Primary Applicant ) received my e-COPR on Jan 24, 2023. When I can expect my spouse e-COPR and visa stamped to his passport? His passport is under process for a long and there is no response.

usually you don't get your own copr u used primary applicants copr which u have to send it to VFS for stamping your visa and in return they will give you copy of copr.
