Could somebody please help me in explaining the difference in legal rights that primary and secondary applicants will have once they immigrate to Canada through Express entry

In addition could you also confirm if i am the secondary applicant, can i sponsor somebody like my mother or it has to be done via primary applicant?

There is no difference on lines of rights between primary or secondary application, a PR is a PR, but can siblings be sponsored through family sponsorship program ?

There is no difference on lines of rights between primary or secondary application, a PR is a PR, but can siblings be sponsored through family sponsorship program ?
Only if they are orphans and minor. Or if they are minor and you sponsor them
with you parents.
