In 2012 & 2013 my student visa application refused by USA embassy. They did give visa refused seal in my passport. But there is striker in my Old passport which indicating i faced USA embassy. Now i'm applying for Canada TRV visa with New passport where no refusal and three counties visa available. Now if i write in visa application that i never refused. Is it possibile for them to find out i was refused by USA embassy? As far i know No embassy share there information with others. Please share your experience.Thanks.
You're very much mistaken in your understanding of what information is shared. Canada and the US share information extensively. If you lie and say you have never been refused, yes - expect CIC to easily find out about your past refusals. They will then refused your application to Canada and ban you from Canada for five years from misrepresentation (lying in your application).

If you have a strong travel history since then to countries requiring visas - then you have a decent chance of being approved. Suggest you move over to the visitors section of the forum and join the discussions there on how to put together a strong application.

Actually i don't want to go to Canada for Visit. My purpose is to attend model united Nations conference in Canada. They have invited me & requested visa officer to issue my visa via invitation letter. Is it a good chance to get visa?

Got it from your kind reply. I've some confusion also about Proof of financial support. My father gave me 9000 CAD 5 months ago. I kept 9000 CAD in my account. Point 1 : So should i only give my bank statement or need a letter from Father where he will declare that he gave me the money? Or should i follow the second point according to IMM 5890 checklist ? Thanks.
Point 2: If you are not Paying for your trip :
* Provide a letter signed by the person paying and a photocopy of their passport with photo & a bank certificate proving that they have sufficient funds.
* Descrive how this person is related to you
