Hi all...I am applying for TRV for one of my parents. The application asks a question about previous visa refusal. I think we had a rejection in the past about 15 years ago. Since then two visas have been approved but now expired. I am obviously going to answer yes to it but my concern is that I can't remember if I mentioned it in my past visa application. I may have misinterpreted it and said no. Should I make any references to past visa applications at all? or simply say yes and provide details that I can remember. Thanks a lot!

Say yes and also attach a LOE to be on the safe side. It should be fine!
