previous undertakings. im confused. help.

I applied for permanent resident under caregiver class and i included my spouse and all my children but i had one non accompanying child when i applied for permanent resident. Im planning to sponsor my other child again under Family class but im confused on the sponsorship evaluation form about previous undertakings. Do i put my other children (who became permanent residents together with me on my application for permanent resident under caregiver class) on the previous undertakings or not? or is it only for previous Family class sponsorships? im confused. Thank you.
