Previous Temporary Visa Rejection??

Hi All

Just want to check whether previous visa rejections effect my PR application?

Student Visa Rejection : New Delhi : 12/2003

Visitor Visa Rejection Twice with my wife : London : 02/2008.

I have declared in Application form allready when i sent my original application to Sydney, Nova Scotia.

Now i need to submit full documents to London CHC by end of next month.

Any Advice will be helpfull.

student visas get rejected for all sorts of reasons in the world...

and they should not be bothered about London Visitor visa rejections...

moreover, these are things beyond your control... so, don't worry and send you set..

I strongly agree with aanbaan.
The fact that you have declared it in background declaration form makes your case easy and so straight-forward.
You have absolutely nothing to worry about as visitor visa and student visa rejection has nothing to do with your PR.
One more thing, hope those rejection was not based on 'criminal records'. If not then relax and enjoy.

Rejection was not based on criminal records but it was due to temporary residence in UK ( I am under HSMP visa in UK ) for visitior visa and due to proposed study does not match with previous study for student visa.
