PA has done bachelor in IT in 2012 shows few fails proposed course doesn't appear to be a logical progression. 2 years gap in studies. Based on the info before me i am not satisfied that applicant is genuine student nor that applicant is an intending temporary resident who would depart Canada at the end of the period authorized stay
